Join cartoonist and author, Cara Bean, for a relaxing and creative experience in this mindful doodling workshop for teens!
During spring vacation join cartoonist and author, Cara Bean, for a relaxing and creative experience! Whether you’re a reluctant drawer, or seasoned artist, this teen session will help you reconnect with your inner creativity and feel a sense of community through art.
In Cara's workshops, she emphasizes the therapeutic benefits of drawing, helping teens to relax, focus, and express themselves through drawing and comics. She provides practical techniques and exercises to develop drawing skills and boost creativity.
Three copies of Cara Bean's teen graphic novel, "Here I am, I am me", will be raffled off to teen participants at the end of the workshop.
Grades 6-12 only. Online registration is required and space is limited.
