Join Tama Lang, Breathe 4 Change trained yoga instructor, to slow down and reconnect with yourself during this gentle, easy flow yoga session. Participants will focus on breath awareness, light movement, and stress reduction in a welcoming and supportive environment. This session is designed for all experience levels, including beginners.
Yoga mats will be available to borrow, but participants are welcome to bring their own mats, blocks, etc. as desired.
For adults ages 18+. Registration is required as space is limited.
