Brooks RoomMonthly program for ages 5+
The Wilbraham Public Library hosts a fun and engaging monthly LEGO® Club! The Brooks Room is turned into a LEGO® lovers’ paradise, filled with thousands of bricks for kids to play, create, and have a great time.
Anyone ages 5 and up is welcome to join us once a month for LEGO® Club. We provide the LEGOs; you provide the imagination. The LEGO® Club is completely drop-in, which means you don’t need to register ahead of time. Families can come and go any time during the 90-minute time slot (the last 30 minutes will be dedicated to clean-up).
Parents are required to stay with children for the duration of the program.
This program is not suitable for children under the age of 5 due to small pieces posing a choking hazard.
LEGO® building is a great way to introduce children to STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math). While creating their masterpieces, kids are exploring STEAM concepts through hands-on experimentation. Building, counting and designing are skills that develop naturally when using LEGOs. A fantastic way to make new friends and have some fun together. We'd love for you to join us!
