Local author Maria Puppolo will discuss her recently published memoir, If You've Been There, Then You Know: My Breast Cancer Journey of Self-Discovery. Please join us to hear Maria's inspiring story about helping others to forge ahead with greater strength and courage.
Light refreshments will be available. Pink attire is encouraged!
About the book: If You've Been There, Then You Know: My Breast Cancer Journey of Self-Discovery chronicles Maria T. Puppolo's breast cancer journey. Her memoir offers hope to all who have traveled down this path. Although her experiences were trying and tested her resolve, Maria maintained her faith, her sense of humor, a positive, upbeat attitude as she overcame her cancer. She hopes to inspire others to forge ahead with greater strength and courage, leading to more days of happiness and self-discovery, and lots of fun-filled experiences.
